ok so today i woke up at 11.20, earliest this week! watched e4 music and had a bowl of cereal for my lunch and then got ready to go out for 2pm. as i was leaving i got my contract for my ski power job...eeeeeeeeep!!! yay yay yay! it all looks exciting but very hard work. oooo, got a pair of shoes re-healed at balham station and then went to wimbledon. you highly interested at this point??!? got an eyeshadow brush from body shop and eyeshadow from superdrug and then hop and skipped (not really) to hmv. bought larrikin love's new album and the best of the velvet underground. got student discount thanks to miss lowri bolsh :p i am now at my dads...on a good computer! for once

oh dear....well i have to write this weekend down to try and make it clear and help bring back some of my memory:

called may at 1pm, and decided to go to brighton for the weekend. sophie calls and i take her with me. almost as soon as we arrive we start to drink. before we even left mays room i had a third of a bottle of champagne...a whole bottle of rum to myself and a pint of strongbow.

this is where the night starts to get a bit hazy...if people can fill in the gaps thats super!
i think we went from mays to sebs and then to howies where i ate some spag bol and nachos like id never eaten in my life.hah. er then i somehow got to ollies on my own and the whole of so red the rose crew were there. i tried to sleep but they threw me out when they went in to brighton! may had to come find me and we went to east slope bar which was too hot so i left.

MAJOR MEMORY BLANK – I remember sitting in a car park alone for time, somehow calling a cab and stumbling in to a HSBC to get money. In between I supposedly called lowri??? and cried at her??? do not remember! next thing I remember is walking in middle of the road and stopping a car going “are you the taxi man!?” which he replied where do you want to go…I’ll take you. So I got in this car (who I most definitely now think was not a taxi driver) and he drove me to worthing for free. wooo. But no dangerous!!!

James picked me up from station in his car and we went to chubs house and to cut a long story short (or as may and sophie were telling EVERYONE) ‘I did 4 lines of coke and had sex in a hot tub!’ MENTAL. I really never am drinking again. Its just soooo embarrassing. and I cant remember!!! oh no.

I think this weekend I might stay at home.

so im in the library and technically i should be doing my coursework (which was due in like a month ago....shit!) but me being me i can't concentrate. i swear ive got so bad since i got ill when it comes to concentration!

anyways, i went to sheffield on wednesday for the uni open day. its really nice there. its different to all the other unis ive applied to coz its a city uni so there was plenty going on.it seemed friendly and the course is good so im now really confused and i can't choose between sheffield and royal holloway. its too hard a choice!

i met up with tom (candybox) and i stayed at his house with his housemates. they are all really nice and they looked after me well. their house is fairly tidy but er...you can tell that 7 uni students live their. get this though, they can all cook rely well. i dont get that i swear guys are supposed to be useless cooks!lol. they took me to a few bars and pibs before we went to a club. so social life in shef is top quality!!!if i did go to shef it would be reassuring to know that i know several peolple there and i wont be completely alone but its faaaaaaaar from london. thats the worst bit about it.

help! any suggestions???

well the stupid walk-in-clinic completely missed the fact that i had glandular fever! i went back to the doctors today and i was diagnosed with it...plus a secondary throat infection, which sucks. i had to go get a blood test today (which surprisingly hurt) and has now left a blue bruise hoorah!

anyway, looks like im off for atleast one more week and nobody kiss me (although i know you all really want to!! hehe)...im highly contageous

damn all you healthy people this sucks!

on saturday night i met up with tom, kate and cathy and we went to filthies for the halloween party. none of us dressed up which i regret now but it was suggested that we all go on each others shoulders and pretend to be a giant....that didnt happen. i initially took out £20 but that soon went so i went back to the bank with micheal (larrikin) and we moaned about the bouncers not letting a load of poeple in, also got another $20 out. harsh! ella was dressed as a very cool skeleton and ollie just looked like a VERY drinken vampire. joel was wearing the 70's afro wig that ive got........its SO cool! i bought 2 reeeely disgusting shots called envy and wrath....one smelt like aftershock so i couldnt even attempt to drink it and the other was vodka, tequila and tabasco.....it was RANK!!!!!! things start to get mildly blurry here on in. i danced on stage when larrikin played and then apparently refused to go home with jack, kate, tom and cathy. so technically i was bladdered and stranded in twickenham.i stayed there til the end (like 1 or 2 i think) and then went back to micko's house) drank A LOT of cider (ahem...took some illegal substances, tut tut!) me and micko had a long conversation about how much we love brixton and the kooks......! and i had 2 hours sleep got up went home and spent the day with my mum!

was great although i was basically the walking dead on sunday but it was worth it!!!

got punched in the nose in dance yesterday (by accident)and there was quite a lot of blood and i cried. i had to go to the nurse and zoe kept going...'can u c clearly...do u feel faint!?!' its all cool, i just had caitlin stuffing guaze up my nose and watched the rest of my dance class. its very bruised and sore now :( oh well

so went to see the paddingtons again on saturday at the mean fiddler (a lot closer to home)it was a rely gd gig however there were some annoying ppl in the crowd that u get with bands like that in london. so we stood at the back for a dance and then i decided to try and get to the front. on this adventure i lost one of my earings...and got very hot and sweaty!!! so i thought i had better retreat.

later i went for it again and this time i lost a shoe but i thought oh well ill find it at the end (i can dance on one foot)...but then....the other one went and i realised i was in the middle of a crazy mosh with lotsa indie kids with boots and i was SHOELESS!!! at the end i attempted to look for my shoes but only found one so i had to get homeon the tube with ONE shoe and ONE earing and VERY dirty socks!!!
what a fun night but i loved those shoes...RIP :'(

blooming 'eck! i went down to brighton again yesterday and went back to the 'ole concorde (such a gd venue!) the line up was ems, dustin bar mitzvah and THE PADDINGTONS!!!

ems did such a gd show and some guys from agencys came to watch them. there was a guy who maximo park are signed with and then there was the BIG guy who has ppl like radiohead and supergrass signed up. both were extremely impressed (yay!, fingers crossed that this was their uber big break!)

dustin bar mitzvah were terrible!

the paddingtons were amazing!!! such a good gig in total and tom is sooooo fit! halfway through there set james found me and we went to the bar...he was totally pissed haha. having like 2 crates of beer and a bottle of JD backstage. if there was ever a puase in conversation he would suddenly blurt out 'kiss, kiss molly's lips'. he doesnt like the paddingtons.....hmmmm that is one issue we shall have to work around!

anywhos he had to be taken home coz he was wankered and i was left on me lonesome.

oh....btw did i forget to mention i MET the paddingtons. tom = fittie! i got my photo with him :) and i spoke to josh and the other guts as well. when i went back to london tom gave me a kiss gd bye (made my day)

successful day in total!

what an adventure last night! me and jack kindly got driven down to the concorde 2 in brighton by my mum. we arrived at 8pm and got in the queue when alan from the rakes just strolled past us and went in. me and jack were being stupid and giggly and i was like did nobody else just notice ....jacks reply - 'they probably aren't sad losers like us'. the concorde is soooo nice inside, very intimate. the first band to go on were five o'clock heroes (my new obsession) they were fookin awesome!!! followed by louis XIV who were also amazing. the rakes made me speechless it was that good....anyone who can't dance take lessons from alan, he can bust some shapes! (and dry hump jamie..hehe)

the gig was the BEST gig i have EVER been to!!!

so now for the pickle...

...me and jack were in brighton at 12am, with very little money and NOWHERE to stay. we strolled, ate and eventually found a little cafe by the ocean rooms (where ems played) and sat in there playing hangman and name as many bands as you can til 4 in the morning and then got the first train home, wooooo! i intended to go to college....but no that didnt happen.

IT WAS WORTH IT!

so friday went to filthies and saw air hammer, jamie t, the nudes and LARRIKIN LOVE. the night was mental......jam packed!!!! i danced on stage with joe during larrikin love, got slapped by a drunken emily and witnessed a VERY DRUNK jack heh (he got in a fight with the bouncer!).

saturday i returned to filthies with jack, an apologetic emily, lowri, and hare to watch the riots. the bouncers came round and threw all of us out except jack (who was given a warning for the night before). we ran and hid in the toilets for a bit so it was all cool. the riots wre good as usual and lowri and hare got on stage for a boogie and to help harry with the vocals! it all sounded very pretty

boo fookin yeah!!!! james called me as we were coming back on friday and they are supporting the paddingtons!!! (only my favouritist band, along with the rakes)! anyways he has got me guest list and backstage for the gig coz he remembered me saying how much i liked them. IM GUNNA MEET THE FUCKIN PADDINGTONS!!! YAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!

i went to brighton last night to see early morning soundtrack (james band) at the ocean rooms. it was quite a nice, small venue...might look into getting leading exodus a gig there if i can (being their manager an' all). i got to brighton at like 10 and thought i was a bit early so i went to this pub that was sooo nice and CHEAP! a rum and coke was £1.60 :o i got to the venue at 10.30 and none of the ems guys were there yet so i was all alone until i spotted the very tall paul who came over and said hi. when i saw james he was surprised coz he wasn't sure if i was definitely coming.

the support band were cock! altho had nice clothes! this was good tho coz then when ems played they COMPLETELY showed them up. at the end of their set steve lemacq from radio 1 went up to james and took his number coz hes interested in playing some of their stuff on the radio (so proud!).

we drove to their studio to put all the stuff away, its a very nice place! and after that made an appearance in the ems flat where paul, stuart and chubbs live. they have a very nice place surprisingly. after that we went back to james house (he lives with his mum and 2 sisters). again nice house and BIG bedroom! i met his mum this morning, she seems verrr nice indeed!

the only bad thing about the night was his ex was working the bar at the venue which was a little strange but was alright!

so tired....i shall sleep now! x

so...wednesday was my birthday and my friends really splashed out on me this year paying visits to the pound shop and Lidl. i got a box of flavoured condoms from may (much appreciated-such good flavours!), a bottle of cheap dodgy alcohol from kate, and hare, sophie and freeman got me and emily joint presents from the pound shop: i got a torch, sabrina the teenage witch magnets and mens sexy dressing up kit??? I LOVE MY PRESENTS! still got jacks pressie to await. i bought new drainpipes too. they are buff!

i shall be in the new basement jaxx video wearing a t-shirt saying 'WITH A' and in lotsa background shots. im sure may shall go into detail bout the day on her LJ. hopefully she shall mention the REALLY fit crew guy called Dan!

Reading Festival

Thursday: was supposed to go to worthing with kate to see james but then FREE RIDE (oh yeh) was offered by may’s mum and I thought lets not spend more money than necessary. Got to camp…everything was already set up, that was nice. Then the eve began and we went to the karaoke tent, sang along to blur, spicegirls and enrique inglesias. Got verrrr pissed (especially kate) then made our way to the esher camp and sat round big fire. Then…surprise arrival of CHARLIE! Wot a shock, infact I ran over the fire to experience the loooongest hug ever known to man but to be fair it had been like 2 months since I saw the bugger. Anyway don’t remember much of the night…too drunk.

Friday: woke up NOT IN MY TENT (oops) and ended up calling emily and may to come and fetch me from the esher camp coz I was lost. Got back and got ready and ginger nick and charlie came 2 our camp for a visit (nick has got his lip pierced…it looks good) I also sent possibly the best text ever to hare: ‘We all got pissed last nite & I got with cameron booyeah! Kate and jack had sex, saw charlie, may got with steve again & emily got with alex x’. wot a night! The bands I saw were the killers, graham coxon (fuckin awesome!), GLC, The Subways, we are scientists and THE PADDINGTONS (fuckin awesomer!) that night we went 2 bed earlybut as we walked back me and ay invented the drip, drop, plop song….brilliant!

Saturday: cooked sausages on BBQ, wooo. I saw kings of leon, razorlight, all american rejects (memories), babyshambles, nine black alps, the cribs, arctic monkeys and mystery jets. Me, may and kate were quite drunk during razorlight and KOL and were on top of jack, nick and floody’s shoulders which was muchos fun…I felt very tall.. at night went to so red the rose camp and charlie was soooo drumk and jim (hanarahan) was so fucked on drugs. Anyways wasn’t that great as I was being suffocated by the fire smoke so went back at like 1 to the camp. That night was FREEZING!

Sunday: I saw incubus (not out of choice), the futureheads, british sea power, the duke spirit, maximo park, art brut, towers of london (they are so cool, dress like the motley crue…buff!) and THE RAKES!!!! They were so good, alan (the singer) was ill so they had guest performances from russell and gorden (bloc party) and paul (maximo park) and the singer from towers of london. So. Good! We attempted to make a fire but didn’t work so jack sprayed it with suncream which stank. Went to so red the rose camp and huddled round candle with them all, whilst fraser tries 2 dry his boxers off on this mini flame. Witnessed freddie do a piss and a shit…nice. Oh yeh I was really drunk that night…hah. How embarrasing, made a complete fool of myself falling everywhere. Then I burnt my finger (my fault) and then escorted charlie back 2 our camp so he could sleep with us. Jack was stupid and hurt himself with fire and exploding lynx spray. I apparently slapped him??? Don’t remember.

Monday: so. Tired. Woke up looking a state and charlie left for his camp to find they had already gone and left him so he came back to us. Me and emily showed off our great tent abbilities as we struggled 2 pack our tent away. Once that was done me, may, emily and charlie left for the station. Ended up loosing may and emily so got train with charlie who fell asleep on me (hmmm).

That’s about it. sorry for the really long ramble I applaud u if u made it 2 the end.

i had my first day at krispy kremes today and im so knackered. it was an 8 hour day with only 30 min break (slavery!) perhaps going 2 koko last night didnt help but it was fun. i went with kate, hare, lowri, julia, THE florence and (bless) james came all the way from brighton so last night was muchos fun. some outrageous dancing performed by crazy faced kate tho.

anyways, someone gave me a £20 note at work and i by accident said it was a fifty and so he needed £36 change and that was all a confusion. other than that my first day went rely well...oh except for the part where charlie came and visited me in work HOW EMBARRASSING. so now all i have 2 fear is jack coming 2 visit me at work as pay back for all the times i went 2 sainsburys and laughed at him....

well i thought i'd give it another go as last time i wrote the biggest ramble EVER and then it was lost >:(

anyways firstly i bought the rakes album yesterday when it came out and it is BRILL!!!! i can't stop listening to it...i love them more than any other band.

today i woke up at like 12 when jack called me and woke me up hmmmm. once i got off the phone i opened the curtains and thought 'what a nice day' so i got the old mobile and did a bit of texting. so we all arranged 2 meet up but just as i was leaving the house my phone went beep:

'helo darling, im in london! x' wtf!!! it was james, he'd come down from brighton for the day. but i carried on 2 richmond to meet everyone and it turned out james was only here til 5 coz he had 2 be back in the studio by 7 to record :( but hes coming back down this week to see me...yay!

anyways, me, lowrie, hare, emily and may went to richmond green enjoyed doughnuts from my work, krispy kremes (its amazing how much nicer free things taste!) and cranberry (stops cystitis), orange and smoothie juice. it was great!

we did some walking, sat by the river and went to the 'dark side' (ask may and lowrie). on my way home tom from candybox texted and i was all like wot a day! anyway much fun was had and maybe i shall continue with this live journal thing???
